NE Saplings is asking parents to submit fees within a week of interaction...Is this fees refundable? Any idea

I came to know about new Sapling , Rajouri C-bolck and sapling, J- block.. no one a feeder branch of New era at all.....fee is very high...1 lac per yr approx...

infrastructure also not too good....dont know much abt teaching methodology ..

Motherspride ( Punjabi bagh) / Salwan Naraina seems better.....
