Hey Guys,

Think a lot many times before choosing Nirmal Bharita School, Dwarka. Have heard a lot of bad things about their poor infrastructure. The building has collapsed twice and every month the cieling etc. get falling of the school. Would suggest to visit the school and check the building yourself. No one would like to admit ones child in a school where the child is not safe, and building etc. keep on collapsing

Ya also see the enrollment drop in the school.....

Dear Mahesh & Nitin,

Are you quite sure about the School's poor infrastructure? From what I have personally seen and heard from the school-in charge was that the school campus has been constructed in phases. The school building. And apparently, there are separate wings for the junior, middle & senior school classes.

I too have mixed views about this school. I did manage to take a round of the school premises yesterday, though I couldn't find any structural faults (quite possible, they may have plastered them quickly due to the admissions round the corner!)

As far as the remaining infrastructure is concerned, I admit it is only a 2-acre campus, not quite large enough to accommodate all its students in their play field. But yes, they do have what it takes to be called as an emerging/upcoming school in terms of its innovative teaching/learning approach. Basic requirements have been fulfilled.

The overall physical environment inside the school campus is quite impressive - Architectural design as well as the Landscape design (the Architects are known to me, I being one myself!), and hence can appreciate the different outdoor spaces been intricately thought over and designed for young children. For older children, who require larger outdoor spaces to play, space is LIMITED here!

One issue I found here is that  - may not be so important an issue though - their Art room is on the 3rd floor, common for all classes. The nursery students who are on the ground floor have to climb all the way upto that floor. They say they have lifts - but unless they are assisted, children shouldn't be using one!

They say they have only 2 sections per class. But if you notice, each class has about 33 students! Its alright in higher classes...but even Nursery class has 33 students, with 2 teachers + 1 helper  to assist them! Is it really possible to give personal attention to every child in this situation?

Overall, I'm not quite sure about this school! Mixed reviews from my end...does anyone else have anything to say?

Thanks!
