vis 10 is saying first list on 28th and if tie/applicants with same points than second list will come for which they will do draw
not sure how will they do

indian heights is also coming up with list of 28th itself. no draw. I don't know what would be the criteria.

VIS Sector-10 says they won't be having any draw. they are directly displaying the list at their website on 28th
