I live in bijwasan. Every school in Dwarka is at least 3 km from my home. Pls tell me how schools are going to measure the distance for allotting marks? Do my son have chance for admission considering the distance point?

@Divya Sood. Yes make a single copy and summit its photo copy. on finalizing the admission you have to submit its original. Thats it. No issue

@Shalini Singh. I think you should be having Immunization chart is from your childs birth and medical fitness can be made from a MBBS doctor on his letter head its not a big issue. You can get it from your nearest doctor. yes you can make it from any doctor you want.
