please write complaint in http://pgms.delhi.gov.in/

you will get the 200% response.

I faced the same problem last year with RD Rajpal and then had lodged complaint in above mentioned portal. after that  RD Rajpal refunded full amount within 15 days.

Any Comments about Quality of Study material provided by Sachdeva Global for Nursery(LKG). I did not find it very appealing.

I have send application to DOE even send email to them that DIS is not refunding fees but there is no response from them as well.
