Refer to the email stated in the filled registration form of DPS. You must have received in that email the form. Please carry that alongside.

Your slip will be added to the draw by the management if you are not there. its a clear fair draw as i have attended the draw last year & all the process was in front of me. If you are eligible you will be in the draw whether you are present or not as last year teacher itself put the slip in the vase who were not present.
