For first born child proof, they are asking self-declaration by parents duly attested by Gazetted Officer. My query is that, will they accept the affidavit signed by notary?

1	Availability of Registration Forms	Tuesday, 09.02.2016 till 4:00 p.m. (As per Orders of Hon’ble High Court )
2	a. Display of complete list of applicants along with points allotted to them. b. Display of lists of eligible applicants for draw of lots	Wednesday, 10.02.2016 at 11:00 a.m.
3	Date of Draw of lots for Open Seats	Thursday, 11.02.2016 at 2:30 p.m.
