Comment by Sandeep Pal on December 11, 2015 at 11:04am: @Manish. you can fill on lone form but you have to visit the school for submitting the documents & receipt & etc. Its only to save you to visit school twice or you can take documents with you fill it on the spot & submit it to the school but it will take time & you can visit limited school. Its better make a route.
