last year my one of the friend went there for MQ seat .MQ seat was offered on 2.5 lakh on the name of charity fund to to church

Actually I called them today for Mq but they are not telling this on phone so I will visit the school tomorrow.

You need to approach ST Francis principle,A4 Janakpuri for MQ Seats. But be careful and play with words.Do not ask them directly about the bribes and all
