I am rather surprised to know this when the school has declared their dates for first and subsequent list.

Receiving a call from a school with no dates mentioned should be ok.

Wonder why most of the schools ask to submit cell phones... so that we don't do any sting on them when they propose their offers (blackmailing) ?/
