Common affidavit without school name can be done unless school particularly mention for school name

* This affidavit should be on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/- and should be duly attested by Notary Public.

the affidavit you provided, is specific for a particular school, if we want to generalise it, what change should we do?
