I believe its time for the people who have got seats through legitimate draw to file a PIL. It actually seems that High court bench of so called HONORABLE judges are not using their brain. Going through the high court order, you will clearly see how well the advocate of the petitioner has manipulated the scenario. he says that transfer cases occupied 10 out of 100 seats available and 70 pointers were drawn for the remaining 90. Everybody knows it was the other way round.

@abc thanks for the updates it's really very sad that the govt should definitely keep a point for 0-3 km for general category I have around 7 schools in my radius but my kid didn't get through any of them that's really sad and to get into any of the schools is getting so difficult I am planning to continue with his play school for nursery that's a better option I guess

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Thursday ordered a fresh draw of lots in the nursery admission process for all seats. Justice Manmohan said all candidates having equal marks shall be considered equal by conducting a draw of lots.
The Delhi government on February 27 issued a notification scrapping the inter-state transfer category under which it used to give five additional points to children whose parents were transferred to the national capital from another state.
The court was hearing a plea filed by some parents against the city government's decision to scrap the inter-state transfer category points.
