Who all will be eliglibe for the draw? and morover, no information beforehand, how can they do that?

When i asked the guard around noon, he said , a list will be put up at 4 pm today.

Also as per all news papers everyone says draw will be held for transfer cases + waiting list + non selected in 70 points.

@Manjiri, Earlier there was more than 900 applicants of 70 points. I don't think they will consider 60 pointers....
