Comment by Naveen Jain on February 13, 2014 at 5:19pm: to me, management quota is not abolished.... it is rather increased to 80% as siblling /alimni / interstate transfer cases can be easily manipulated if management want to. No control... no visbility to 70 pointers parents... not even to DOE..... please raise it...
