HIGH VERDICT 7 Mar-COMPLETE REDRAW ON EVERY PLACE WHERE EVER TRANSFER POINTS HAS BEEN ABOLISHED (WHETHER AT 90 POINTS OR AT 70 AFTER REMOVING TRANSFER POINTS)

Just based on distance let everyone come on open field to try their luck....

86 seats closed under sibling category.. Exceptionally high nos. of sibilings.. seems some error..
