Yeah I did....and dps site is running wid some technical problem wid occupation coloum....but my concern is more on name field...

Dont worry mail them first and see wat they say ..as there server was not working till afternoon.
As in instructions they have given their email id for queries

Hello Sakshi ...As per dps instructions onsite they mention don't leave any entry blank..use N.A...so that in nursery admission form I used it in black spaces but after submission when I got confirmation mail our middle name shows as N.A .....for ex. Mukesh N.A Gupta....is this can b d cause of rejection
