The form asks for a Communication No. (only National No.) - not sure what is this number. Is it the phone number?

These schools have mention for Voter Id/Passport/adhar card /DL as one of the address proof...But I have only MTNL bills in my current address as we have transfer here few months ago as others are all in the previous address...Has anybody submitted any other doc or will they accept MTNL bills.pls help
