Comment by Sam Chacko on January 26, 2014 at 11:56pm: @Sonab, when you click Submit for the first time, the page loads again, and there you will now have two buttons, one to go back to edit the form again, and one to submit. This second time submit is when the form actually gets submitted. If you are still facing problems in submitting, try using another browser. I was using Mozilla Firefox, and it worked alright.

We shifted from Bangalore last August, my husband did his M.CH from there, then joined max hospital saket here as a consultant. So will my case be considered as interstate transfer case, my son as of now going to Kidzee. Plz suggest. Thanks.
