Instructions in the Chinmaya form (pl see point.8) mentions the affidavit of first child. But the year is not mentioned in the form (probably old)

Comment by arun rana on January 25, 2014 at 2:46pm: Indira same problem was with me...my daughter will be 3yr 16 days but it was showing 2+ but later on I had a word with the admin of the school they said just submit your form...bring the hard copy of the same with a note about the problem persisting on a separate sheet and they people will resolve on the spot.
