but yes kid has to be vocal and should not be cranky in front of teachers and mind you process can be prolonged so you may need to wait for quite sometime ...

Deepti it's like tell your name, parents name, identify the fruits, animals , colours etc.

Hi all,

We have our first interaction scheduled in Apeejay on 30th August . Just curious to know what kind of questions are being asked from the kid.she is very sharp though but avoids speaking in front of others :-)

Kopal the feedback I have was good. Indeed it's also a school with good results and legacy. However some of my colleagues(whose children are studying there) were not so happy but as they say everybody has their own opinion. What I will suggest is talk to some 3-4 parents you know and also read here on forum but make the decision yourself.

thanks Aditya..you were lucky- less choice and good result:-) have heard good things about Vishwa Bharti and havent got any concrete feedback. trying to look up for the forum on vishwa bharti..in case you have any feedback pls share..

Kopal it was actually easy for me. As per my son's age 3 yr 3 months on 1 Apr he was just eligible for Amity, Apeejay, Khaitan, Father Agnel and Bal Bharti. I didn't cared for other schools. Otherwise I would have applied for Vishwa Bharti, Somerville and DPS too.  So out of the 5 I mentioned before my son got selected in APJ before we could have appeared for other schools. From this forum and certain personal links I got to know that every other school is almost the same and I opted for APJ in first go and never appeared for other schools. 

Personally I will rate schools based on distance from home, past reults (non-academic) and legacy. 

So APJ fit the bill on all these paramters also making decision easy for me !

Yes Aditya is right  but new schools and international school start early and go til nov -dec

For address proof, I have shown my voter-id card which is basically from the same location my kid is going from. Some people here are apprehensive about 5 KM radius but I think generally they try to strike if their school bus is plying on that route because in that case it makes the things easy for school and parents.
