Anytime , i feel some parents were confused on essay marks but otherwise it was transparent, can you  throw some light on final results so that parents understand

how point system worked(as this was first time in gurgaon shriram -pt system)

Earlier shriram had group discussion in delhi branch for 15-20 points till last year]

it was black hole(read essay this year) in selection process else it was very transparent  but most of the parents felt that GD was way of selecting parents of schools choice
