Hi Maneesha, try filling it now. There was some cache problem earlier, but it should be working fine now. Lot of parents faced that issue, but we have been able to fill it. Try refreshing the page or something.

i have been able to successfully submit the form, but would we be receiving any email from the school in this regard, ie of receipt of form?

Dear All,

I tried to upload the filled-in form 3 times, without success. Each time web is throwing error message that "/" present in form. For the last try, I have not put even ",", even then same error message. Is anyone facing the same issue?

Tried to call helpline, nobody is responding

But its already been declared that forms are cmng start from 11aug...i.e. today only......plz check this information on the website
