HC hearing is on 7th may.SC hearing which was suppose to be on 21st april has now been adjourned till 28th april

Thx shaloo for asking this question i having same doubt in my mind. SC should understand that parents are suffering a lot. rather then giving next date they should give their decision asap.

Now when SC wil hear & decide the Case on 7th May 2014, how will the Schools charge the fees:

1) Wil they charge the fees for entire May, June & July (including summer vacations) in case they open  the schools in May for just a week?

2) or wil they start the session in July and charge fees from July onwards?

Pls reply for more clarity on this.

 

I feel this is simply playing with the Kids future.

Ashish Walia, today was High Court Hearing, not Supreme court
