Some schools like indrapastha world school, paschim vihar and doon public school, paschim vihar who hav already sold their seats between 60k - 1 lac......obiviosly they can't perform draw again...as they initilally havent follow rules .

Some schools are not taking out there draws again...like Saplings Paschim Vihar and Richmondd Global School Paschim Vihar? Why they are not following new rules??? They are creating more confusion for parent...
