They are not bothering that China is growing so much faster then us because their government now focusing on education and also providing free english classes to everyone to help there country grown up.

Comment by rvg on February 20, 2014 at 5:24pm: last year also they followed the same pattern. for rest of the seats they will call selected parents and ask them for approximately 2 lakh donation and around 50-60k as official fee.

Comment by jasdeep anand on February 20, 2014 at 4:51pm: They did draw for 20 seats only. The was over in hardly 10 minutes. The reason is clear that they have already selected the candidates and this was just the formality.
