Comment by Raman Singh on February 17, 2014 at 12:42pm: @ Dr. Grover - sibling 10 points and first born 10 points do not make sense. Parents who already have a child in one school need to have the second one going there as well. So sibling points will always be more than first born.

Tf points are also important for parents who are relocating to Delhi mid session / higher classes.

Only point that makes sense is , remove NCR Tfr points and remove Tfr points for nursery class. Nursery is first ntry point to any school, and parents relocating are not disadvantaged in anyway against someone who has not relocated recently.
