Hi Sakshi,

Yesterday have taken admission at VV DAV, Vikaspuri which is 3.5 to 4 KM from my place & now got a call from Modern Convent Dwarka which will be around 5 to 5.5 KM from my place.

Kindly suggest what should I do. Which school is better in terms of academics & overall development of my Child.

Comment by Varun Sharma on February 27, 2018 at 1:36pm: Last year I withdraw Admission from Max kids Dwarka and switched to ITL and Maxfort refunded the entire Amount of 45,000 and took a separate cheque of Rs 200 only as registration charges.. Thanks to Maxfort

I meant no one can take any action against you in case you have valid reason and not dearth of funds.

You can stop the cheque, no need to talk to anyone.

Months after the nursery admission process began in Delhi, the Directorate of Education has issued a circular on fee refund.
The circular states that if parents withdraw admission of the child, "the school shall retain the registration charges, admission fee and the tuition fee for one month only, and shall refund all other charges within fifteen days of the request made by the parent(s), or guardian(s) to the school under proper receipt."
