ALl this while, SOmerville claims they have a strict distance criteria. If that's the case, how come parents living in Sector 70s are being given admissions? I checked on google maps- sector 77, 76 are more than 5 KM away from any of the Somerville Schools? What the heck is going on?? Pls explain.

Making it clear, I am happy for those parents who have gotten admissions, but there seems to be something amiss.

Mine is 2015 born and no courier as yet. I have lost hope as well.

No the original letter was kept by the school it self however we had done xerox of it so have a copy.

We got SMS yeseterday about final selection of our daughter. They have called for final formalities on today that is 30th Aug. 

What about you? Where do u live? Is SN is your preferred one. ?

we have to decide between SN and FAS as our daughter has cracked both. 

Is anybody received call living in rented house?.... i think this is also a criteria for shortlisting....

Many congratualtions first of all.  Both schools are very good . Which one will you choose ?  FASN has bigger campus than Sommerville and less parking hassles.  Tough choice for you though. 

I havent got any selection SMS yet. I live in sector 72. Yes Sommerville was a preferred one. I did not take a copy of the letter.  I should have taken it. 

Not sure if I will get SMS or not.

Same is the case with us. Our daughter has been finalized in Somerville but not in FASN whereas we put up at Sector 62. Anywho, I wanted Somerville always. May be FAS was sure we'll get through Somerville!! :D

To my surprise, there were not even single parents for interview..
so really not sure whether their admission procedure is over...

@ Niva , Till yesterday I heared that people were receiving courier for interaction. As per my understanding school is sending courier on weekly basis ,not sure how many admissions has done till date .  My daughter already selected and we deposited the fees as well in Somerville .
