Why they are doing orientation after starting session? This is a bit strange as we have to buy uniform and books also...and how will they communicate about the transport???

They cannot start the session just like that, there will definitely be some communication from the school before starting the session. Since Anuj has enquired for KG, we can call up for Nursery and ask....

(Nursery seesion 2016-17)

I just now called the school. They said they will soon be witing a letter to all parents regarding collection of school uniform and sharing of transport info etc. as the session will be starting from 5th April onwards. The orientation will happen a little later i.e. on 9th April.

Hello All...Just got the letter from Nirmal Bhartia.... Ankur (Nursery) School is starting from 5th April and Orientation on 9th
School Uniform available from 30th March to 2nd April

-->They are not providing meals
--> School timings 8:00 to 12:30 
--> Transport routes would be displayed from 30th March onwards at school reception
--> other info regarding what to send on first day.
--> we need to carry cash approx 8,000 for uniforms and books as they would not accept cards

@Nitin the total fee for Nursery (Ankur) is 1.8 lpa excluding transport....at the time of admission you have to deposit 60k

Thanks @Madhavik. What i understood is its 1.8 lpa (i.e. Rs 45K per quarter). In addition to this, 60K extra at the time of admission. Transport extra.

@Nitin its 55k (1st quarter),55k(2nd quarter),35k(3rd quarter),35k(4th quarter) ...60k includes the first quarter fees i.e. 55k along with transport. 
There is no extra amount to be given at the time of admission.

@Divya...Yes i went today...they are just giving few workbooks and rest taking money for the stationary...total book cost Rs. 2,967 and uniform cost would be around 1500 - 2500 depending on the sets you are buying.

@ Madhavik ... So we will have to buy books again later on? How many sets are there for the uniform? Why did they ask for 8000 Rs. Sorry for so many questions

@Divya...They are not giving any books just the workbook which has all the material they would teach...They have not given any ABC or number book and its actually good as our kids already have these books and I appreciate the school teachers and management for not having same old things in the book set as it would be waste of money nothing else. Apart from these workbooks they have take money for stationary items which the kids would use for different activities.
School uniform sets are entirely your choice...They have given breakup of shorts, shirt ,socks ,shoes prices....Its entirely parents choice to choose the number of shirts or shorts they would like to buy...

8000 might be the general amount they must have given but for ankur i think 6000 would be enough ...3000 for books and 3000 for uniform if you are buying shoes and 3 sets... If you are going for books and 2 sets of uniform without shoes it would cost 4500 only

So guys all excited for the new beginning.....Looking forward to meet you all on 9th...... So will you send the kids by bus from 5th itself or will drop them yourself initially...

Anybody from Subhash Nagar, Rajouri Garden or near by areas whose kids are going to Nirmal Bhartiya currently and what is the travel time for them each way?
