I m getting totally hopeless with this pt system...... now i come to know how this nexus between rich elite and politicans make such pt system which will certainly go against common people

Now i am unfortunately certain that my kid will not get admission any where coz i am not a member of elite club of alumni of any so called good school....and i have single kid.....what a system.... banana republic.....shame

can anybody share the list of succesful applicants' list of draw that happened today in modern convent...

Any body has got any information about modern convent schools general category draw of lot, they have not uploaded the list on their website till now.... 

Modern convent result will be displayed in sometime on website. In the first list, no one less then 75 points was selected. And out of approx 200 seats, 45 were transfer cases.
70 points candidates are around 2000 and will compete for rest of 36 seats. This result will also be displayed in sometime on website. This result even not displayed outside school.

My son did not get selected in the modern convent :(, now waiting for waiting list of the candidates, any idea of waiting list???

there is no hope left ....... i really don't understand who are they to decide the future of our children........ all these schools in Dwarka had been allotted land on cost as low as peanuts........... and they are openly running a gamble den rather then a school.........

is there any draw prior to 22nd i.e. GD? Then 25th N.K.B.

My daughter dint get through modern convent, neither DPS, dwarka international...now i think should wait till 15th March for second list...dats d only hope..

if you really analyze we stay just 50 meters away from DPS, Modern Convent, N K Bagrodia, Dwarka Interl - DWARKA ...... and my son has every right to get a seat in any one of these seats........ as per distance we stay nearer to school..... i really curse that person who had framed his unjustified/stupid guidelines ........ if this goes on....... i fear my son may not get admission in any of the school in Dwarka

@ Deepti, same here my son is also did not get selected in any of these schools, seriously worried and scared....don't know if he will get through any school now...   

If you check the lists of selected students, that has been displayed by  various schools, you will find many common names. One student will seek admission in only one school and automatically the other seats will be vacated. So the hope is still there but the process will take long time. The anxiety and tension will be there till last moment. The schools seems to be taking advantage of the situation as they have started calling parents and offer them the seats. Is there any clarity on the criteria based on which the parents are being called by the schools?As mentioned by some of you that they are asking for money in order to reserve a seat, is the money refundable?

@Madhu Gupta, dont get scared nd worried...we should not lose hope after result of only 3 schools..i think for 70 pointers best option is to wait till 15th march for second list...but till then we parents should no let school stake advantage of this situation...we shld not give them any chance to make illegal money on name of donation or reservation of seat...i think we shld hv faith in the system...nd wait for the days to come.

@ Deepti - totally agree. Due to the unertainity, even 75 and 90 pointers have filled in multiple schools. Once the dust settles , second lists would make it more clear

how do I ensure that my twin daughter gets 20 sibling points, after one name has come in the draw of lots for modern convent, as per DOE guideline. Will 90 points ensure selection of the other as the draw has been conducted for all seats.

I agree with Raman and Deepti, We should not panic and create good situation for schools for making money.. We should wait for second list atleast. It will surely bring good situation for us we dont pay these additional money to schools... I have been to Sam international but they didnot asked any money, Dont know if that means something +iv or -ive. Lets hope for the best .. Lathaji can something be done for this kind of schools who is asking for money?

I also got a call from R D Rajpal..Lets see what they offer..

literally on seeing the analysis....... that we all be cheated openly by this guidelines & school ........ i just stay 50 meter away of DPS dwarka....... my child cud just walk 1 minute to reach the school but his name not been short listed...... and unknown transfer cases had taken away his right ...... i really don't know what to do..... this is the case of every school i applied in DWARKA
