Dear All,

I need help, My kids got thru Maxfort Dwarka, GD Goenka Dwarka and SHREE ram world School. The fee structure is almost similar in all three, with shree ram being highest followed by GD and Maxfort. Distance is also similar. the noticeable difference is that Maxfort and Shree ram don't have a play space and GD goenka has a very big one. Though I am waiting for other schools to be lucky, but in case I need to chose between these 3, then request your help.

Hi Lathaa Mam, Please suggest which school is better: St Thomas or RD Rajpal. Kindly also share the evaluation parameters. The Fee submission date for St. thomas is tomorrow and my son's name got selected in the draw at RD Rajpal today. 

Any update on ITL , Dwarka ? second DOL dates ? 

ave maria (st marys) is the only school where my son name is coming in Waitlisted ...... should i go ahead on 11th Mar 14 and do enrollment or should i seek for more options nearby normal school ?

If all the procedure would have completed timely. The 2nd , 3rd list would have been out. Since now is ninth hour we are forced to descide as per first list only

RD Rajpal fees as follows:

One Time - 44725/- (immediate payment)+ 24K for first quarter (as PDC cheque)

Thereafter - around 15K /qtr for remaining 3 quarters

ITL list to be put up on 15th Mar, this is what was told to me when I had visited the school yesterday

Why RD Rajpal is charging 44725/ as one time charges. Is is donation. Schools have started to collect indirect donation like one time charges, orientation charges etc. Good Business.

Everybody is fighting against DOL, Transfer Points, Alumni Points etc...and schools are taking advantage and making money by direct and in direct means. Anybody can compare fees and other charges of this year and last year they are almost double or triple....So we all should complain DOE to put some restriction, criteria, limitation on these unnecessary charges rather fighting for other issues.  

General Category has become a minority category where we have to fight for our rights..

Anyone can help me out to find the list of schools where i can buy seat for my child??? i am seriously fed up and  want to buy seat now ..... 

@madhu. maxfort kids is good option. there they have till class 1 after that the kid will be shifted to sr. school

latest thing i have been told by some body that in order to check the rate of each school (not applicable to all schools but some of them) you should check from the guard of the school than any body else

My son selected only in SACHDEVA and desperately want to see his name either confirmed or WL. This became my part time job to open each school websites and look for his name...what to do ???

@Sonalini. whts Admission charge/ orientation charge-75000/-. They ask this amount with 1st quarter fees as displaying in the fee structure.

@Madhu Gupta many in this forum have been already discussed who have been calling parents before the draw and many others who have not advised how they have done a draw and put the list just like that. atleast 5/6 you will find

@Madhu.. You can try RD Rajpal, MBS International, OPG World School. I have heard these schools are happily selling seat.

RD Rajpal...Seems to be calling every parent filled the form. So if you insist. You may be lucky

MBS.. School is of a business man. So I'm sure he would not deny.

OPG World School.... You may need to insist the admission incharge and may be you get a chance..

@madhu..At Maxfort, even you have not filled the form..You can visit the school atleast and try your luck.

Schools are always happy with people pay.....for admission....

All the schools which r so called good schools like sfs, janakpuri,rd rajpal ,itl public school & bal bharti public school... the most renowned schools are hiding every thing and there link of admission on there website is not working...... they are all frauds ..... god help education... otherwise these goons will loot every parent

@ruchi thanx.... i think every school is flouting norms and from back door selling seats......and guys think another side.... what kind of ditrust we have about schools and later or sooner out kids will be in same schools... if this distrust will remain the same .... how we will be able to send our kid for whole 14 years to the same school

ITL has big attitude. They even rejected applications of parents living within 8kms radius. I too filled its form and deposited at guard room outside school. Person taking form was acting as principal or admission incharge, you can try your luck after 2nd or 3rd list if any seat left.

Modern Convent: I have seen reviews of people on this blog and people seem to be buying its seat @ 1lac.

BGS and Dwarka International: Sorry I have not filled these school form and neither have any idea.

But from all, you must try first at Maxfort. It has good infrastructure, academics and child care. Our child 1st few years are always crucial and in Maxfort, dwarka I have seen my brother kids gained confidence/have no stage fear at all.

@sandeep its donation in disguise. U know after looking at the fees structure me n my husband are sooo confused as we have a second child after the elder one. Education is just sooo expensive

@gaurav not only attitude ... ITL Public school dwarka ....staff  also has little knowledge . I can prove it. They calculated the age of my son as 4+ ... they see only year i.e. if year of birth is 2010 then this is year 2014.... so the age is 4+  this said by a lady if ITL  on telephone. How foolish they are.... if all this work is done by teachers then you can imagine what kind of education they will give?????

@Gaurav - Maxfort is again no good. For that matter, all schools have back-door entries be it in the name of one-time admission fee or dev fee.

We don't have an option but to live with this system.

@Gaurav thanks... Really appreciate your help... will try in these schools and let you know the experience. Me too don't want to  buy seat or want to offer donation but system has left me with this approach only ... what to do :)

Any idea about the court verdict..was due at 3:00 PM...Finally made it to BGS..so worried now :P
