I had applied in 33 schools in dwarka........ only 1 school my sons name shortlisted that too in Waiting list............. i really don't know what is happening..... whether i am the only one who is being singled out by each school.......

@abc, u r not alone...my daughter also dint get through anywhr...rdrajpal has called us...but think dey wud be asking money...so hv not gone der...i m still keeping faith..nd not trying to be a victim of this system by paying donation etc,...but i think seeing the situation...most of the parents are paying and securing seat...lets hope for the best...all d best for DPS draw..

@ Deepti and abc, i am also like you, my daughter name is also in Sachdeva  only and its quite expensive and far from my place. Hope my angel get admission in some good school soon ... BGS is also gone lets hope from other schools..

Court verdict for redraw again in every category

what is the outcome of today's court proceeding .......... i am totally confused........ will all the draw done upto 28th Feb 14 and redraw done till today 06/03/2014........ will be done again as fresh lot including all the applicants ??......... kindly guide us properly....... now it is becoming an mental agony for every one

@upasana. comments are not good for Modern International dwarka. as its on the main road & children can easily be on the road & no body cares as i have also seen the school. lets see how others react.

the new verdict is hardly seen anywhere except a small clipping on delhi aaj tak. It seems its unimportant for any channel 

SCRAP ALL LEAVING ONLY SIBLING CONDITION AS IT IS PRACTICAL AND ITS GENUINE AS PER CURRENT SITUATION..... AND ANYONE CAN EASILY VERIFY IT FROM SCHOOL RECORDS ........ REST BRING EVERYONE EQUAL AND KEEP A LIMITATION OF 8 KMS RANGE ... AND A DRAW OF LOT SHOULD BE DONE

Agree with you 100% @abc but god knowns what verdict will court give....

......... one more thing....... it seems sense in EWS category........ there is a tap of 0-3 km, 3-6 km and 6-8 km bracket...... when government can keep a tap on EWS quota why can't it is keeping it on general category...... and honestly not every parent is only willing to send their kids to DPS, GD Goenka, Indraprastha. Sachdeva Golbal....... there are parents who prefer to send their kids to school under affordable pockets which give more emphasis on education & growth of the child.....

What about those who have taken admissions and submitted the fees as well. all those will be cancelled or what ?

I believe its time for the people who have got seats through legitimate draw to file a PIL. It actually seems that High court bench of so called HONORABLE judges are not using their brain. Going through the high court order, you will clearly see how well the advocate of the petitioner has manipulated the scenario. he says that transfer cases occupied 10 out of 100 seats available and 70 pointers were drawn for the remaining 90. Everybody knows it was the other way round.
