@Aparna. I havnt heard much about this school. but its delhi branches are good.

@jayshree bgs is fine . till last year it was B+ this year it has become A category school. my friends daughter is studing in 3rd standard. understand lot of syllabus , lot of things covered in short time. student teacher ratio better i think 30:1 as compared to other school 40:1. one thing which you need to check must. they take rs 50000.00 as draft money one time at the time of admission in favour of their trust. i am not sure if they refund same or not . 

Can anyone please guide me : How is New Era Public School Mayapuri branch as well as Dwarka branch??

Aparna, I stay just opposite to New Era school in Mayapuri, I have not filled the form in New Era School, I have got mixed reviews for New Era, mostly negative. too much extra hidden expenses each time, not much extra-curricular activities. None among my neighbours also goes to new Era. Rest upto you...........

@aparna. i have been to new era dwarka branch . not much i know. but it was not at all impressive starting from reception staff. not much kids in the schools . i think they will be happy to give first come first basis admissions fees is around 7000 per month . try check with some body whose kid is studing in dwarka. this is i have heard it is the same branch of mayapuri only

anyone got admission in ave maria nursery school, bamnoli, sector-28, dwarka... let me know their reviews

frankly speaking no idea on bal bhawan have not even filled the form for this school . based on the play school which have given us ranking for various schools bal bhawan shows B+.  but i stay very near to bal bhawan . in my entire society there is no body going for bal bhawan

frankly speaking i did not fill form for this school as it is B+. mine was sibling case at mount carmel . but they have very limited seats for sibling category so without taking any risk . i filled forms for following schools dps/bal bharti/nk bagrodia/modern convent/itl/indraprastha/indian heights/nirmal bhartia/opg/vis 10/vis18/paramount/basava/delhi international/dwarka international/maxfort/av maria/st gregorious/bgs/new era

there is no difference. i am just giving my feedback . i suggest we should not pay any school and instead complain .

Nk Bagrodia is a good school academics and activities wise . only problem is little hindi medium. but it is for sure A category school. my colleagues wife is a teacher there and they have both their son studying there. if you get admission in this school please go for it . fees wise also they are not very expensive. i have heard they have swimming pool as well. lets wait for 24th now as they did fresh draw for which list was not displayed.

@Sarika for the fresh draw, they had displayed the list and my son got wait listed in the draw.

Let's see what comes out on 24th .....

@madhu gupta did they displayed the list. as was nothing on the website nothing on the school board. i believe people who attended the fresh draw are only aware of the outcome. trust you attented same.

yes i attended the draw and posted the result pic over this blog. Even school also had displayed the result on the website same day in the evening but as soon as they got news for 24th, they removed the list.

@madhu gupta the list you have shared is for Nirmal Bhartiya and not NK Bagrodia. Please correct me if i am wrong. we are talking about NK bagrodia

pls dont go as per ht survey all the details are not correct. if you are ok to pay 1.5 lakh to 2 lakh per annum , nirmal bhartiya is in that range . i have been to the school once to me it was nothing impressive. but i may be wrong as well . check with any parent whose ward is already studying in this school . but it cannot be number 2 in dwarka for sure.

Its a descent school but certainly not worth this much money.

Deepak Yadav BGS is overall good school, certainly in top 10 in Dwarka (if we dont include creamy ones like VIS, Presidium). 

Aparna Srivastava If you dont mind shelling out, Presidium is good. But you must visit school before and then see how it goes. 

Agree with Vipin, I have applied for presidium for my ward, the initial form was given to fill out and they told after submitting the school executive will call us. But they do not call because they ask the monthly income range and look for bigger amount...

@Deepak Yadav and @Vipin Solanki , Agree with you. Although I cant really afford Presidium (money and values both wise!), I was chased by them for admission for my daughter 3 years back. Thats why I said, whether its these commercial establishments or other schools, it depends on parent what they prefer for their chid. Some may repel and some may like.

And despite all things these so called schools have, they are known for only being commercialised not for their results. 

@deepak @vipin @sunaina thses schools or educational business units will turn kids into greedy for money  because they have no philosophy other than cash.... money minded goons

today attended the orientation program at Ave Maria Nursery School, Dwarka, quite nicely-systematically-in simple format they explained about the school & procedures and what parents needs to follow.

School will begin session of Nursery/KG/Prep w.e.f  3rd April 2014, Thursday

Timings 8:00 am to 12 noon

Bus facilities available covering Dwarka, Uttam Nagar, Janakpuri, Palam

SO I FEEL AS FAR AS I HAD DONE A RIGHT THING IN ADMITTING MY SON WITH AVE MARIA NURSERY SCHOOL....... overall i am satisfied

@Mukesh.i was asked for 50000/- cash for admission by dwarka international school other than the fees.

great news......My child was selected in SVIS in gen. category... now when we visit the school for the admission today they have generated a new list of 2 pages which has been allocated to siblings and just 8 seats for the gen. category.  my child's name is missing. can anybody share the 1st list and the 2nd list of SVIS...please.
