Hello Sakshi ji or Latha Ji.

I am seriously looking for a good school in Dwarka. Even VIS has mixed reviews. Good one, admission seems tough.
Can you suggest which one is good yet admission is fair and can be done.

No school will do fair admission this time, guidelines are like that and in favour of schools, accept this reality. Try to take admission in school near to your home. If you are residing in Dwarka, fill all the forms and see where you get through. If you really want to get admission in your favourite school be ready with donation.

Go to DOE(Directorate of Education) website and check the school listing, don't get fool by asking school staff.

Both the schools are good, DPS is better. But I think you have to fill all other schools forms as well.

Maxfort fees will be 9000-12000 pm including cab and depend on distance where you stay. Still no forms are available in any schools, be ready it will start on 20th Dec, Mount Carmel will be first one which will start the admission I guess.

Yes student teacher ratio is not good for Bal Bharti, but not bad school you can say..keep it as 5th-6th option(middle one) in your list.

There is no convent school in dwarka, all are minority school, don't go just with name.

You can't make it in any of your better school list, if you are in General category and will not give any donation.. like me;). So don't depend on few better schools and fill forms of all the school.

@Rahul Seth. The fee structure is of 2014-15 which i got from school rest school fees i can provide you approx. not exact the list i provided u is exact fees of session 2014-15 may be it will increase little bit in 2015-16

@shrruty. i think distance criteria will change this year so you can apply many school in dwarka may be they will consider it.

@Shivshankari Sethu. SVIS>Indain Height>DAV>Modern Convent. But these schools have different fee structure. I these SVIS & Indian height are little costly than DAV & modern convent.

DAV - Dwarka is only till 10th Standard ?

@Shivshankari Sethu. DAV is better that Modern convent. I heard one of my friend that modern convent concentrate less on studies than activities as his cild study in modern convent.

Ave Maria students automatically migrate to St. Marry Dwarka on 1st class or they need to go through admission process.

are both very expensive schools?

@Shivshankari Sethu. Both schools are expensive. Suchdeva global having fees around 8K exculding transport, Indraprsatha having fees around 7K excluding transport. both are centrally AC. Both are good schools. After transport fees will go beyond 10K.

I am planing to apply to 20 schools, which i ve heard good to decent feedback.

Should i apply to more schools? 

my daughter is attending pre nursery in 'rishikul international pre school since july-2014. If she doesn't get into one of these 20 schools, i am planing to continue her in rishikul and try next year. 

Is this a wise decision, i want your inputs.

@Bhuwan Joshi. All schools will coming by monday with admissions. You can apply from monday till 5th. St. Mary is from 1st you have to apply in its nursery branch Ave maria for nursery.
