Does anyone have an idea - RDR has meal facility? Among the options I have I went to see Sachdeva but wasn't impressed with the school will be taking admission in RDR? please suggest

My daughter is also there (TIHS) in the first confirmed list. I visited them yesterday, the informed to pay initial around 70K in cash which includes activity charges 40 K (one time) and rest of the amount as mentioned by Aman (around 33K) both in cash. my daughter's name is in waiting at SVIS, hence I asked them about the refund policy incase of withdrawal they responded saying it is as per the policy mentioned in their website (which is by the way exactly the same as Latha ji mentioned in one of her comment). my concern is that the initial payment 70 K does not have any component as registration charges. so I am confused as to how much they will refund incase of withdrawal. can anyone provide their view on it? will be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

i have just got admission as w/l 90 in sachdeva by paying fees of rs 45000 n next quarter in june i shall pay rs 29000 only this is without transportation. seats are plenty so go and get the admission .it is a good upcoming school n your child may make it the best in dwarka in coming years

@Anshul - Have you applied for management quota in Dwarka International?

@Vidya Sagar Uprety. Did you asked will they provide the receipt of all the amount they are taking in cash. I dont think they will refund 70K.

Sandeep Ji Thank you. I asked if they will give me receipt of cash payment, they agreed positively that the receipt will be provided; however I am still not sure if they refund entire amount (reason being demanding cash payment). my only concern is that there is no component of registration fee in this payment so I am not sure how much they will deduct incase of withdrawal. @Sandeep: I have a confirmed admission in DIS Sec 23 and booked seat there by paying Rs 10000. I have also got call from Indian hight but they are asking around 1.2L as admission and activity charges this includes one quarter fees only.

It seems to be on higher side for me. Is it worth going for Indian Hights for nursery in comparison to DIS where in need to 40K.

Please suggest i have to make decision by tommorrow or should i wait for one more week so that might be schools will open admission for kids

If u hv patience N can take the tension of taking risks.you shall get admissions in any of the good schools as each school has vacant seats.in the morning today sachdeva had at least 40 seats vacant

@Sujat: Thanks for your moral support. My child name was not there in waiting list so let's hope. I think DIS 23 will not cancel my seat even if i do not submit remaining fees by next week as they have lot of seats.

@Sujat: Your feed back will also be helpful if you can give for my previous comment about indian hights where they are asking 1.2L which includes only one quarter fees.

I have been to indraprastha International they are asking 1.5L for Management Seat

I have confirmed seat in DIS Sec23 as well as indian hights. But maxkid also have seats and they are giving admission so which is better option of all these three.

In max kids child will be shifted from 2nd class to main school.

Dis 23 is a good school N in the long run would be definitely better than Indian heights don't pay hefty fees instead explore mngmnt quota in dps or indraprastha

If u get in dps mngmnt quota u can calculate N distribute the donation for the next 12 years ie suppose u pay rs 200000 today divide it with 12 then it is onlyrs16666.67 so if u add current fee of 1.21 lacs it is hardly1.376 lacs which is cheaper than many schools.DIl ke behlane ko yeh khayal accha hein.however if I get admission in dps I will even forget what I hv paid in sachdeva not because it is easy money but my child shall have a very good base N future

Pl send mails to the best schools as if u go through a mediator it is costly I got a call back on my mail from svis,itl asking me to wait till March first week. Try ur luck.in case I get a sure contact I shall let u know.however if u hv patience there R plenty seats vacant in most good school they shall call you themselves.

@Prince, are you sure Indraprastha asked for 1.5 lac ? Because I heard that they were asking much less than that.

I agree with Sujat, if we show some patience and do not panic then actually the schools will panic to sell their management seats at cheaper rates.

Practically, there is lot of competition in schools also to sell their management seats and apart from DPS, Balbharti, I guess not so easy for other schools.

Though Sujat, 2lac for DPS is nothing...i guess they wont sell at anything less than 5 lacs

I guess one of the difference between what was offered  to Dr Nitesh and to Prince is that offer to Dr Nitesh was before the lists were out.

But I heard from some one even after 15th also they were asking for 50k.

Seems there are no standard rates and they are testing the parents by quoting them random numbers.
