All the parents of DWARKA who are interested in getting their ward admitted in DWARKA Schools can join this group and interact among each other and can also interact with previous year parents who admitted their wards in Dwarka Schools.
@Preetisha. Fr. Peter Mermier (Primary branch of St. Francis).. it is the most sought after school in Janakpuri and parents wish to get their child admitted in it. We also tried but our hard luck that we did not get through.
@Mamta. Indraprastha>Dwarka. But as latha ji says go according to your comfort as its not the question for 1 year or two but for the whole education level. And you have to prepare according to that
I live in Sec-12, Dwarka. We got the admission in St. Thomas School, Sachdeva Global School and Bal Bhavan School. Also, chances to get the management seat in ITL School with 2 Lacs donation.
Please suggest which school is better. Shall i select management seat in ITL School or take the admission in confirmed school. Please advise. Thanks.
St thomas - Big School. Good Infra (Non Ac). Good Academics. Good Extracurricular with a huge ground with sports like football, cricket, tennis (2 synthetic courts) and many more. However location little off but transport pickup and drop from inside school.
Sachdeva - Good Infra ( Ac). Decent academics. Haven't heard anything about sports in Sachdeva, they must be having few but i haven't heard so someone else might confirm.
Bal Bhawan - Infra looks ok. I think they have a cricket academy. I think they should be having decent academics (haven't heard anything extra ordinary about it)
Personally if transport is ok then i would have chosen St. Thomas else i think Bal Bhawan and Sachdeva should be pretty even. You can consider the fees while choosing the later two.
Which school is better...nirmal bhartiya , ITL, RD Rajpal, Maxfort or Indian heights..pls give your feedback in terms of academics, extra curricular activities and fee structure...
Other schools like itl, bgs, vis, svis aren't they using new age techniques? Just want to know so that i can comoare. As for common average earner nirmal bhartia is completely out of budget..
Thanks sakshiji.
But nibs is very expensive. People like me with average income and two kids can't afford it. If it would have a moderate fee structure then only common man can opt it.
@Santosh Lalwani : Don't know whom you spoke to, i spoke to 8 parents who had their child in NiBS. All extremely satisfied and very happy. Out of them one parent had shifted her child from very renowned school and she was very happy with her decision.
After checking the rankings on this forum, Even I tried to get my child into NB and went to contact them for Management seat but after seeing their front desk staff behavior and maintenance status of the school, I dropped NB from my mailing list. Two of my neighbours also shifted their child from NB last year (one of them was paying 10k/month extra to them for special education) as they were not satisfied with the School and I know fees was not their reason. So now I don't buy what all is being said here about nirmal Bhartia school.
@Santosh : The front staff office are very busy people attending lot of parents in a day in any school. A very hectic job specially when the admissions are on. I would suggest if you still have a chance in NiBS you should not miss it.
Considering all important and relevant factor in context of education in today's world - Which of the two schools stands out good Mount Carmel Dwarka v/s Indraprastha International Dwarka. Seeking your valuable reviews, please share. Thanks
My daughter get through the admission in pre primary in itl and their kg wing is in candyfloss, today we went for the interaction, school has so many colours which attracts kids so much, but i found classroom not as spacious as it should be, like while reciting rhymes students may dance as well, but i didnt find that much space there.
Very much confused should I withdraw the admission. Plz guide.
If itl main branch have the same spacious classrooms then i would definitely withdraw my adnissiin. Plz guide
What if withdrawal of admission done after one month as doe circular says withdrawal within month only.
How much school will deduct after one month. Plz share if someone is aware.
My daughter started her new session in play school on 8th April. Next year she will be promoted to nursery. Admission not a task as she will be eligible in BGS as sibling. But I will try my luck some other good schools also. Rest her luck. A hard task to leave the child in play school for starting few days till they are comfortable as my daughter doesn't want to go. Hope most of the child react to play school like this for few days.
Sandeep ji i called and visited the desired school all says no. I approached to basava many times but couldn't get through, even bgs what i learnt they had 02 vacancies but they didnt respond and other business school like itl, paramount, dwarka international asking huge amount in lacs.
@Jyoti. Basava very less chance. In BGS if you convince the receptionist to meet the principle regarding adm. you can get the chance. Drop application on their mailing address. ITL also very less chance. paramount can ask you amount I think apart from fee 50K or more as they asked me. same with Dwarka also like paramount. Try modern convent, NKB global, DIS, DIS edge, Indraprastha, RDR

Yes DPS>BGS.
But ITL is also slightly overhyped,as this year one parent from ITL was looking for different school for younger sibling.
He did not give any specific reason but was looking for better school.
What I have learnt is most of the parents are not satisfied with the schools there ward are studying in. (Excep very few)
