    @Bhupender - Sir, SVIS-Sec18 > R.D.Rajpal School > DIS Sec-23.

  • Snehil Jain

@Sunil Yadav - Sir, NEPS Dwarka is not promising as they tend to present themselves with big area and lot of sports activities to flaunt with (though they appear to missed on swimming with a portable splash pool). Tuition Fee they scale at currently which is Rs. 5883 per month, doesn't per like of the teaching staff they possess in their armory (may be to support 7th pay commission structure and attract teaching staff). And if you may have noticed, the benches of the kid are not that of adequate size in their pre-school class, I wonder how tiny tods will place their hand to support their tripod grip on the benches, I mean it is mere an example of how they had compromised over the cost where it matter the most, and for other things they charge much higher. Yet, you may visit the school to have a feel of it as my views may not resonate with yours :-)

    Thanks!

  • Anjali

Can anyone tell which one is better Mount Carmel and Nirmal Bhartia

  • Snehil Jain

@Anjali - Ma'm, please can you cite the aspect on which you want to compare the two mentioned schools and most significant to you. Frankly, putting such schools (elite and immaculate) in beam balance, one need to take out the precision knives to chalk out their appraisal sheet .

On lighter note, I must admit that today parents are coming with win-win situation with the option they carry, I envy, nonetheless, shall assist with true concord :-)

  • Anjali

@jain..which one is more academic oriented school? Especially at the stage of higher class which one having good results

  • Snehil Jain

@Anjali - Mount Carmel is more academic oriented on the aspect if you take regular syllabus course as the baseline. You may refer the school website for the last year results attained by the students. However, NiBS is altogether different which drives by co-curricular programmes and it gives very unique insight to actual academic orientation (with various initiatives that pile on with the intuitive practicals and real life based experiments to acquaint students), where they doesn't goes by the number they shall achieve but by the inception they provide for the complete progressive outcome and thus talking of good results it beats Mount Carmel by 4 units (76 v/s 72). Now, how much proportion of higher classes result are taken into consideration, that is something educationworld.in team can elaborate more. I have only their survey parameter value for CBSE / CISCE Exam Average % to support formulated assessment.

    Thanks!

  • Hitesh

@Anjali : Nibs School Average for class XII last year was 84 %. At par with DPS Dwarka and greater than Bal Bharti which scored 83%

  • Sandeep Pal

    @sunil Yadav. An average school

  • Sandeep Pal

    @Bhupender. Svis >rdr>dis

  • Sandeep Pal

@anjali.  Both are different schools both have different mode of teaching. MC is more academic and nirmal has different way of teaching. Difference in fee structure also nirmal is much costly than mc

See below, first hand reviews of parents.

    Rest parents can share inputs.

  • Sandeep Pal

@Poonam. Both are different schools as both teach in different mode. Decide upon distance and budget. as NIBS can cost approx 2L per year. where as VIS have little less fee but MQ can cost you approx 2L other than fee

  • KNagar

Hi, NIBS is 1.72 lacs per annum and no donation whatsoever. VIS asked for 4 lacs other than fee.

  • Vivek

@Latha ji, do DPS Dwarka publish second list? and if yes, can i get it from past years

  • Hitesh

    @Poonam - NiBS > VIS (Holistic Development)

  • Hitesh

@Vivek, I concur with Lathaa mam, there are next to nil chances for a second list.

  • Vivek

    Ok, thanks for your feedback.

  • Snehil Jain

    Dear Parents,

Please be informed: N K Bagrodia Global School Sector-17 Dwarka going to held DOL for second list on 6th February, 2020 at 1:00PM for 60 Points and 50 Points applicants.

  • Snehil Jain

    Dear Parents,

Please be informed: St. Thomas School Dwarka applicants are invited by the school to apply for vacant MQ seats by writing an application to the school at admission@stthomasdwarka.com

    Thanks!

  • Vivek

Till now were used to get calls for Insurance, Credit Cards, Investments...etc. Today i recd a call claiming to help me in getting my ward admission in schools via MQ. God knows which school has sold our data. I rmbr in one school they disclosed parents mobile no. in the points table. Dont rmbr it.

  • SOUROJIT GUPTA

@vivek I too got such a msg... its advisable not to fall for these and if interested directly talk to the school management for MQ
  • Vivek

Hi All, any idea abt WL admissions in ITL, as for WL it started from tuesday and everyday they are saying they are processing WL 1-10. I asked them how long it will go for WL 1-10 as three days are enough, but no proper response. Said to keep checking everyday.

  • Snehil Jain

    Dear Parents,

Please click on the click on N K Bagrodia Global School held DOL for 2nd List.

Be noted: I captured only 60 Pointer Draw outcome, and I have not followed the 50 Pointer Waiting List. The school will publish entire list (inclusive of 50 pointer Waiting) by 12th February, 2020.

Also, they informed the applicants that appear in the list should commence the document verification and admission procedure on 13th to 15th February, 2020.

Additionally, for Wait Listed applicants, they mentioned that they will prioritize the invitation based on seat availability per the interest shown by the applicants over the Waiting List order (irrespective of whether you attained 60 or 50 points). So, interested parents, make sure you began to inform at School Reception for your inclination for taking admission in the school, so that even if you waiting in 100s, you can be given priority by the school as mentioned.

Among the Waiting List, the parents that will inform the school for their interest, they will be ordered per their Waiting List number only (among the priority list), and then the Draw Waiting List order will be followed.

    In short:

    1. Confirmed List

    2. Waiting List per Priority applicants in their draw order

    3. Waiting List per non-Priority applicants in their draw order

  • Sandeep Pal

@vivek. Don't go with it as you may get fraud as 1 of my friend gave 30k for initiating admission in dps rest after after but she neither got admission neither her money

  • Vivek

Yes Sandeep ji, i agree with your point.

  • Vivek

I finalised the admission for my kid in ITL, now waiting for DPS status. But, one thing i realised that, WL admissions in both these two schools are opaque. DPS not disclosing how many seats are left after 1st confirmed list and asked to keep confirming daily. ITL also kept saying till last week that WL 1-10 are under progress and on Monday when i called for status, they asked to come and deposit fees otherwise admission is not confirmed, unfortunately i was out of Delhi and pressed them that their WL document says WL have time till 11 Feb, then i was given one more day and i rushed to Delhi to complete the formalities

  • Vivek

Thank you Latha ji, i have paid ~40k for 1st qr (including transport). Regarding school exp, i will update in Apr.

  • Vivek

    Sure, here it is.20200211_225239.jpg

    Please suggest and advice

    2. R D Rajpal
    3. The Indian Height School
    4. JM International
  • HERDEEP SINGH

    Goodmorning All
We registered in many schools for nursery admission in Dwarka but got selected in only Sachdeva Global sec-18 and MBS international school. We are not willing to admit our child in these schools as the reviews are not good. Please suggest some way out to get admission in Bal Bharti or Nk Bagrodia or St.thomas ?We can't pay for the Management quota seats.
  • Snehil Jain

@Herdeep - Sir, St. Thomas was inviting application for MQ seats without any additive charges, you need to check with the school again whether they have any seats left.

Also, it could be there are seats may left vacant due to juggle after 2nd draw as I know one parent who moved from St. Thomas to Mount Carmel on getting the 1st List Waiting cleared.

In short, please feel free to contact the school. Per last communication, they invited the application via email for MQ seats, not sure if you checked the AdmissionNursery portal when I circulated this information.

Also, R.D.Rajpal and JM International invites direct walkin and per my assessment, these schools next to other top 12 schools. You may refer the discussion forum "Top Schools" to get better picture and with respect to these mentioned school, this discussion forum may help better (About RD v/s JM)

Please go through full thread of these two discussion forums.

    Thanks!

  • Aditi Garg

Does anyone has 2nd DOL list of ITL? Also, schools like DPS, Bal Bharti, Venkateswara do they conduct 2nd DOL?
  • Vivek

  • Divya Sood

Can anyone share reviews abt Nirmal Bhartia esp the teacher student ratio in classes from class I and also abt Sports facilities

  • HERDEEP SINGH

Thank you @snehil. Any reviews regarding MBS international school..Also, has DPS opened the admissions under the MQ? How much do they charge for a seat?

  • Snehil Jain

@Herdeep - Sir, with respect to MBS International, I would say that in recent 2 years they are trying very much to be under the category of emerging schools, which is much evident from the fact that their current Vice-Principal Ms. Manu (if I recollect her name well) used to be in SVIS previously, their current Pre-primary teacher came from GD Goenka, so they are trying to put their best effort, however it is not up on the benchmark and right now we still equate the school to be into the ranks of SGS / TIHS / N K B Global / G D Goenka in no particular order with them and they are after the elite and very good schools as per previous post. On the brighter side, the school showing up some prospects, but we cannot be certain about it as it needs something base to bank upon such retreats.

The MQ were opened in DPS even several weeks back, how much they left with that only school can tell. I have no information with respect to their price tag, other may help in this regards.

Be noted: No one would suggest you to pay hefty money, and there is always better alternates and re-try your luck in next academic session for upper class.

    Thanks!

  • Snehil Jain

@Divya Sood - Ma'm, please go through this post (click on the link) and the author of the post had left his contact number and he will definitely answer your query with respect to Class 1 of the pristine school you inquire about.

    Many Thanks!

  • Bhupender

@Snehil Sir after your advice,we have taken admission of my daughter in Sri venkateshwara international school Sec 18, dwarka. We were targetting for VIS Sec 10, bit now shall we try in some other big schools or lets continue with SVIS? Please guide us as I am very confused now regarding SVIS.

  • Snehil Jain

@Bhupender - Sir, I concur with the other experts that have suggested SVIS-18 among the three in your initiated discussion forum if you ask me.

Now, if you manage to get the option to switch among other 6 schools that are placed higher than SVIS-18 (you may refer the list here), I would recommend to avail so, provided that you are not paying additional hefty sum of money just to pacify your desire, eventually the outcome will be the same and that is you have seat in one fine school among the elite club of the region.

    Thanks!

  • HERDEEP SINGH

@Snehil - Right sir.We have dropped application in Nirmal Bhartia.Though the reviews about the school are very good but the problem is the fee which is very high. We have also tried in St.thomas. lets see what would be their respose.

  • Anand Goel

    @Latha Mam

VIS is not from same group anymore, management have changed

Quality is not same as it was.
