Hi.. Can anyone pls help with this requirement of affidavit for first born child. Does it need to be notarized or is any format available and on how much rs stamp paper it needs to be made. It's reqd for St. Thomas.
  • Sakshi (Moderator)

    Aakanksha

    See format of affidavit below.

    https://www.admissionsnursery.com/page/documents-required-1

Yes, affidavit should be on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/- and should be duly attested by Notary Public. But Notary may ask some extra money to process it.

Rest you can double chk with any notary near to your home.

He would  be having all formats and details.

Rest parents who have applied for St. Thomas are requested to share inputs.

  • Sandeep Pal

@Leena. My both kids are studing in BGS. Its a good school. Well educated & trained staff with very helpful teachers & principle. Also regular activity on moderate fee. But if you expect some luxurious building and facilites you will be disappointed as they have no pools no canteen. But others games are available they have renovated their play ground to an international level. SVIS is also a good school but expensive than BGS with all luxurious facilites.

  • Sandeep Pal

@sakhi ji. Thank you for your kind words

  • Sandeep Pal

@Aakansha. Just visite any notary shop they will provide you with the same they have full knowledge about it. They will ask for their charges but not that much high.

  • Sandeep Pal

@Leena. Compulsory participation of every child in annual function is an advantage leading to open skills of the child. Good overall results in Board exams its the one of the best schools of Dwarka,. Rest your call

  • Ravi Bhushan Prasad

    Which School is better ?

MBS International School or The Indian Heights School

  • Dr Juhi

Hi Ravi, In case you don't have any other option then go for The Indian Heights.

    Hope it helps !!

  • Gunjan

    Modern convent or n k bagrodia sec4?

  • Sakshi (Moderator)

  • Sandeep Pal

@Ravi. I would also suggest you for Indian Height. Any other school  in your list

  • Sandeep Pal

@Gunjan. NK Bagrodia is better than modern convent

  • Jatinder Pal Singh

    Hi All,

My child didn't select in any school where I filled the form. Can someone confirm on what basis second list of draw happens?

  • Sandeep Pal

@jatinder pal Singh. If selected child didn't proceed for admission then there will be second draw. If even didn't got selected there are school where you can get admission like dis, Sachdeva etc

  • Jatinder Pal Singh

    Thanks @Sandeep Pal,
I got a call after posting this comment from RD Rajpal that my child's name is there. But I didn't find any list on school's website.
Do you know if they post their draw in school premises notice board. Also if I block the seat by taking admission, do they have any
refund policy. I would like to wait for 2nd draw also but don't want to waste this seat as this is the only school where my child name is selected.

    Regards
    Jatinder Pal Singh

RD Rajpal do call this everyyear, even i was wondering when did they had DOL and no display of list on website. But.most.of schools get the 1st/2nd List on 1st day of DOL itself and call the students in case of vacant seats in that order. Personally, i didnt saw a 2nd DOL happening for any school.

Reg. seat for your kid, better to contact few schools personally, DIS/RDR/Maxfort and few others give admission on visit. You may not be happy with that, but get your kid admission in any of school and may try next year for KG.

  • Neha Goel

Anything about Mount Carmel waiting list?
  • Sandeep Pal

@Neha. Chances are very less for Mount carmel wait list as very less applications are not processed. Everyone wants to take admission in this school. Hope your are luck enough to get there.

  • Sandeep Pal

@Jatinder Pal Singh In DIS & DIS edge you can get admission any time. Also parmanount, MBS, Sam are other school you can get admission.

  • Jatinder Pal Singh

    Hi @Sandeep Pal,

I hope there would be no issue to get admission for my kid in MBS as my elder
son is already studying there. I want to get his admission in RDR if I have no
other choice as MBS and RDR have almost similar fee structure. So I want to
compare both the schools. Also my child name is in waiting list for NKB sector-17
but that also seems normal school as compare to NKB sec-4. Can you suggest among these 3 schools with preference? RDR, MBS, NKB sec-17. Also, I have checked QI score of 2018. RDR has 406 and MBS has 295, not sure if it is relevant to this.

    Regards

    Jatinder Pal Singh

  • Sandeep Pal

@Jatinder Pal Singh. Comparing these three.  I will keep MBS above RDR. So according to me MBS>RDR>NKB Sec 17

  • Jatinder Pal Singh

    Thanks @Sandeep Pal.

Which school is better BGS International Public school OR NK Bagrodia Dwarka Sector 4?

  • Sakshi (Moderator)

  • Ravi Bhushan Prasad

    Thankyou Sakshi ji

  • Sandeep Pal

@Ravi Bhushan Prasad. BGS is much better than NKB in respect of Education & activities. But BGS is little expensive than NKB in respect of Fee.

  • Sandeep Pal

BGS Fee nothing change since last 3 years. Just you have to pay 50K + 1 QTR or 1 month Fee. No transport fee as school didnt provided any transport this year.

  • Sandeep Pal

BGS fee has been updated in the fee group. Everyone can check if any doubt can share with me.

    Hi,

I live in Najafgarh and want to apply to Dwarka school for Nursery admission 2023 but not very sure which schools should I apply to and what is the selection process. I was earlier in Gurgaon and most of the schools use to have lottery system. I am looking for value based schools which have moderate fees.

    Thank you in advance.
