@pravan mother teressa will be mother's global school from tsi academic year, it has changed its concept to lobal school concept, well comparing both in that case mother's global will be better now onwards

i have submitted fees in sneh international now my daughters name is  in dav mausam vihar,hillwood academy,st.lawrence and universal.............i prefer hillwood over sneh but they r not going to refund fee........i am confused what to do.please help

@Preeti, It should be also immediate when you visit between 9:30 to 12 given there is no strike, no power outage etc.  I visited yesterday and could not get it because of power outage.

@preeti I am not sure if change of name will make any impact on the concept of the school. In that case how can we be confidant that the change will be only for better and should not go for hillwood.

can anyone tell me ..which is better...Hillwoods or MTPS.. I know that MTPS was on top 10. But besides this...any actual feedback?

@Parveen, But according to ratings which i have seen Ahclon International have top ranking in east delhi. Is your ward is in Ahclon International ? and fee structure is also almost same for both the school. Please elaborate why you are suggesting Salwan

Anyone whose child is studying in Ahlcon International school. Please share your views and suggest should i admit my child in this school. Tomarrow is the last day to deposit fee. I have already deposit admission fee in Salwan public school but i am thinking for Ahlcon Int. as it is no. 1 school in east delhi according to rating. But some one write on blog that it demands money frequently. Is it true ?

@Seema Hillwood has announced the list of kids9with 40 points) for draw for third list. 2nd list was already there on the website. also only those parents available at time of draw will be considered

@Mike, I checked with the them the fees structure for DAV dayanand vihar is not decided yet. The quarterly fees will be around 12000/- This 47000/- is a lumpsum amount which may go up or down slightly.

@Shikha, try to contact the schools directly. With some luck you might get through because i believe after Ahlcon results there will be vacant seats in some schools for sure.

Also I will suggest you check out Universal Public School. It looked like a decent school to me although it does not figure in top 10 but infrastructure wise looks ok and the fees is also pretty reasonable 2600/- pm. So, if you dont get through your first and second choice schools, you can get a seat for this year and may be look to change next year.

I heard lot of good words on Saint Joseph, Savita Vihar from several people. And they consider it at par with DAV SV and Vivekanand, D-block, Anand Vihar. Even though it has not appeared in Hindustan times ranking. Would still recommend and let me know high points of Saint Joseph's Academy.

I have already deposited fee in Ahlcon International School. Now i got call from Sommerville school vasundhara Enclave for admission. Positive point about sommerville is that it is under 1 KM. from my home. What do you suggest should i go for sommerville or stay with Ahlcon International. Which one is good option from child's future prospective. 

Also any one have idea about sommerville yearly expense. Initialy they are demanding 45000 at he time of admission.

Now that most Parents got their wards admitted to nursery schools, it would good we share experience of our kids in classroom and school. It would help parents seeking admission in future. Also, we would learn about good and negative practices being followed and subsequently can be shared with Teachers and School Authorities.

I recently withdrew admission of my son from Mother Teresa. Good parts: 1. Was personally informed when the cheque was ready. 2. It was processed in 3 weeks time. 3. Refund amount was almost full after deduction just 200 rs (admission charges)
