actually they are taking advantage of the fact that there are very few good schools vis a vis no. of children willing to get admitted in them. GD Goenka is charging fees as high as 12-13k per month. that comes out to app 21 lakhs per child for 14 years of education, which doesn't take into account the regular fee hikes and annual fee. this is indirect donation which parents will pay for rest of their kids life in school.

7500 for IP......its only HIPE nothing else....they just want to increase there rates.  Even somebody was saying they have approx 1800 applications of transfer points only......How that could be possible even DPS has not received that much amount.

yes i called them 3 days back they it will be on 24th most likely now if they are saying this then i cant say anything.

i was also given 24th feb as date of draw by maxfort

every school is following there own rules.

I attended IP PV lot today, out of 149 seats 19 was for 70 points. 130 consumed by 75 & above...

Approx. 1900 applications for 19 seats was there. after some argument, school mgmt decided to draw a waiting list of 9 others...

with 70 points we do not have much hope in maximum schools.

Puneet.......r u confirmed that your slip was there in drop box or draw box?

Its good on IP PV's part....that they did not increased their donation amount this year.......same as it was last year.....look how much they think about us.......its hard to find such a school these days..........

@Sushil: I could not cross check to that extend, but the slips were taken out by parents there. For 19 seats transparency was there.

Not sure about another 130, whether school will notify us for rejections, authentications… or shall be given on mgmt choice..??

Look how strange things are.....schools are flouting every rule in teh DOE rule book....what kinda education they gona provide to the kids...look at us n we are trying every bit to get them a seat in these schools only.....strange....the managment of the schools...keeping procedings of the admission process under wraps....not informing any thing on the process, who are entruested to select teahcers & staff for our kids...what kind of education they will give to ur kids
