how is sachdeva global in dwarka?
is it related to sachdeva in rohini and pitampura?

sachdeva is a good school....little high fee structure though

Can some please suggest which school is better...New Era or GD Salwan...i need to take call within these two.

I think Salwan but both are conventional types though they have earned a lot of reputation by now.

Junior wings are no where comparing this era schools so plz see all this.

GD salwan any day is better than New Era.....

@Priya: No idea if they are related to Rohini and Pitampura branches but logically  no individual school can have same name unless its part of a group. Money wise Sachdeva is expensive but its your call whether you want to afford that or not as education cost is going to only grow with every passing year...there are schools like Mira Model(Janakpuri) where fee is very reasonable but its a traditional school(established in 1970s)

True Gautam! I am a pass out of Mira Model and I personally feel its a very good one but many things now we need to see. i.e. the kind of friends they make, the infra of school especially the restrooms, communication, ECA etc. I am fine with money though but not sure if its worth spending that much.

Alok, where do you stay? I mean both schools are distantly located.
Though Ryan anyday will be better but sending small kids too far will also not help much.

Thanks Priya...even i had that in mind..but still confused as in New ERA my kid will have to shuffle schools like 1st New era junior in naraina vihar then J block rajouri and post that she'll go to mayapuri or diff branch...also for main school we need to fill the form again....Though in GD Salwan...every this will be done in one go..Since i am getting positive feedback about salwan..i think ill have to freeze this :)

Hansraj is  a traditional school but still a good one....no clue on the school conveyance but should that be the parameter for selection?

It is v much shockable that for the Nursery Class, school takes the much fees from the parents.  They are running the business centre not education centre.  Any one can pls let us know how they got the land in the name of education centre and what are the restriction on them?...    

You are very true Mukesh but considering the fact that our Govt is unable to open schools of a kind where even Govt Employee feel like sending their kids. Only when it will be compulsory that a Govt employee has to admit their kids to a Govt school, Govt will be forced to work on them.

I am withdrawing my kid from GHPS,indiagate as have got admission in TAFS,Subroto park.School admin is not ready to pay a single penny as they say its bn 2 months now.Plz suggest as i have paid 21000/-

@ Jyoti - DoE rule says that refund can be demanded in the event of withdrawl of a student within 1 month from the date of admission i.e. when you submitted the fee...I dont think you can do any thing now, at least legally not possible

Priya as i was unable to get admission for my daughter last year.This year i applied for K,G.TAFS starts from UKG and finally got thru in the fourth list.

@Gautam -GHPS,Indiagate delared result in January so i have to take admission on 28th Jan,I have requested the school admin.Keeping my fingers crossed.Last year the DOE guidelines were for 2months.

DOE guidelines has been 01 month from at least 11/02/ 2011...it was the date the last guideline was issued prior to the latest one this year. The same was also shared on this forum by Sakshi.
