I reside in Vasundhra Enclave. After submitting the form in Somerville NOIDa did not get any response. Son got selescted in APeeJay, Father Agnel. Did not opt for APeeJay due to the fee structure. Am confused between Amity and father agnels. Help me decide.

any one has idea about bus routes of somerville in noida.  Pls share. I may have to shift my house in future so want to ensure that new one is  on the bus routes. I want to stay close to delhi as possible. Thanks in advance

We've collected the school Circular which is available at Somerville Noida. As per the circular, we need to collect books/stationary on 12th March & meeting with Principal has been scheduled on 15th March for all parents having their kid admitted for upcoming nursery 2013-14 session. School uniform will be available between 10th -17th March at Jain Uniforms, Sector 29 Noida.

Hi everyone,

                    today we had gone to Somerville to attend the orientation/instruction session by the Principal.

All the parents were present and the Principal held a do and dont's instruction session and all class teachers were introduced.

All the books and stationery had to be submitted to the respective class teachers and we also did a short tour of the school.

     All in all, a nice experience.

Anybody here who had his/her child admitted to Nursery Section-D ? Please share. Thanks.

Somerville International (Sector 132) has age criteria of 3 years as of 31st March 2013, whereas Somerville (Sector 22) has of 3 years and 6 months.

Even my son (2.5 yrs) slutters a bit while speaking. So would that be a challenge during admissions in general or for any particular school?

since ,last 2-3years ; therez No interview call for ppl residing in sector-12,noida from Sommerville, sec-22. Only christian families from sector-12 get the call. Why is that so?? Sector-12 is hardly 1km from the school. Then y arent they calling others for interview??

This is a worrying factor. Does it make sense to apply to this school altogether. I stay in Sector 41 which is around 4.5km's from school. Its double the distance from Sector 12.

Harpreet , the problem is they  arent calling sec-12 kids but others are getting d call easily. So, u can apply without worrying !!

@Fariq - She may not be eligible for Sommerville Sector 22 since the age criteria is 3 years and 6 months as of 31st March 2014, but eligible for Sommerville International (Sector 132).

@Meetika - I just spoke to the Somerville International School Reception at +91 - 9650506358 and they confirmed that the last date of submission of forms is 23rd August 2013. Can you please confirm your source which stated 14th August? Thanks!

I went to Somerville International yesterday to submit my form but was disappointed with the new campus in Sector 132. The school premises is just a one small building, with construction in full swing going on around with no open space for kids or any plagrounds. They told me that it may take another 3-4 years to build the full campus and they are currently organizing the play activities in the basement.

In terms of management or curriculum, there is no difference between the Sector 22 and Sector 132 school, it is just that the newly opened school provides additional facilities like AC Classes and Buses and it was opened to meet the ever growing demand for admissions.

I forgot to mention that I did not submit my admission form! :)
