Any body still waiting for courier for first interaction...? We submitted form on 11th and put up in sector 62... no information received as yet.... any one having the same situation....Please let us know..  Our form no. is 2268.

Any one received the call from somerville, if form submitted on 12th or 13th September. Just called school and they said " Every thing is over Now".

I submitted the form on 11th Sept, even I didn't received the courier. :(

I reieved the letter on Saturday Noon . We submiited the form on 13th. School has dispatched the letter on 19th Sept

Not sure how we are getting conflicting response from school... but I and my husband called up separately today got the same response "some of the courier dispatched on FRI/SAT for FIRST interaction... please wait till tomorrow" :(

Can anyone please tell about their interaction at the school ?

We had our interaction on Saturday 8:30 AM. Started around 10 AM after depositing the registration money 500 and wait...

Question asked were related to parents education, work experience, job profile and our opinion about giving admission in Greater Noida branch. It took 15 min. Child was sit with another teacher with toys, colors etc.

has any one received final admission call today..plz share?

 NEHA JAIN total no of seats are 250  ,teacher /student ration 35:1  fee RS 51,700(at the time of admission ). Final call is made by the school and the letter has to be collected by the parents from the school it is given personally .

Again trapped into a real problem :(      Please help!

Our interaction date and time for both Amity and Somerville is same.... i.e. 27 Sept 10:15AM. Can any body suggest what to do now? Shall I request Amity or Somerville to change the date or time? What are the possibility? Any suggestions...

@geetika: Go to somerville first. Amity have no issue. No need to inform them. I was there on 19th and there is 3.5 + hours of waiting. So better to go somerville and then proceed for amity. Amity will not asking about your timing. there is again a written test and then doc verification and then interview. No need to think.. go to somerville first.

Today I had first interaction round with Somerville and they told that they will be informing us by this week in case my kid is selected. I am going out of station for few days. It would be great if someone could help me out for below queries:

1. Generally in how many days they declare the result?

2. Is it the final result or they call for another round of interaction/discussion?

3. Through what method they inform by Courier/Phone/E-mail?

a. If courier then I will have to ask somebody in my society to check my letter box regularly

b. If phone then I will have to attend each call till weekend

4. I have also read somewhere in this forum that they call parents to collect the form personally? Can someone else also collect that form or they only give it t parents?

5. How many days they give to deposit the form with DD and other requested documents?

6. What all documents are required to be submitted for taking admission?

@Megha, I went through the admission process last year so i will try to answer your queries point by point about how it went with me:

 I got the call for admission the very next day after the interaction, but I think it might be upto 7 days

 It is the final result and there is no further interaction

 I received a phone call so you can also expect a phone call

You may clarify this with the school

They give a couple of days, although i had to submit the fees and the completed form the very next day after collecting the form.

6. What all documents are required to be submitted for taking admission?

Copy of BC and Address Proof. Do get the BC attested by a gazetted officer and carry the originals with you

Just received call from school, had interaction yesterday 10:30 AM slot. School has asked to collect hard copy of admission detal from school tomorrow between 10 -12 AM

What documents are required for first interaction in Somerville? I see nothing in the courier received....

During interaction only courier need to carried. At reception, the courier will be checked and then you will be directed to the fee counter to deposit 500 rs and then your application form will be given to you. At time of interaction the principal will see only that application form.

Other documents will be required once your kid is selected and taking admission in school.

@Megha - If selected below document is required. You will have to submit document/amount next day only (I.e. Day+1 when you are called to collect admission form)

Amount (CASH or DD): 51700
If DD - Two DD required a) 31700/-Rs (Somerville) b) 20000/-Rs (LOTT CARY Mission)

Documents Required:

    Original/photocopy of Birth certificate duly attested by Gazetted Officer
    If on RENT - Photocopy of latest rent agreement. Others: Electricity bill, Telephone land line (Only BSNL/Govt), Ration Card etc
    Medical certificate for child having detail of blood group and any ailment/disability

Documents If Applicable:

    Village category - Domicile certificate photocopy
    OBC/SC/ST certificate photocopy
    Cristian category a) Letter from church b) Copy of the Baptism certificate

yes.our interview was on 21st an yesterday we got the call from somerville school.They have given one day time for fee submission amounting Rs. 51700/-
