I read through the instructions of Sommerville Noida, and it very strictly mentions that this is only for residents of Noida, and that too within the radius of 3km. Is that the rule they follow? I am an East Delhi resident, is there any point filling up form?

courier shop is just near to school boundary. when you cross the red light of adobe toward school. on the way there is  small market in sector 22 . last time i was suffered with same situation.You can get the information from that shop.  

I am sorry don't have the courier providers name....

can any one share the courier guy or company's name??

My assumption is that the couriers are been sent based on the form submission date and not based on the form #.

But no intimation. Tried calling the number of the courier service but no response.

I had a word with the courier guy. Kindly speak with him and collect your interaction letter. I am doing the same. Their office is just adjacent to ESIC office sector 24, Noida.

i called the courier person he said one lot from somerville will come today ...You can call after 3p.m to get the information regarding your courier.

1. They generally do not call for the address of sec-12 and sec-22 despite of nearest sectors of school. reasoning and logic is unknown (Source of info- I was just reading last year posts in this group and come to know about this)

2. They have started to send the interaction call. you can contact the courier shop and they will let you know if any letter with your name is pending for the delivery. Courier shop is just opposite of ESI hospital.(adjacent to sommervile school)

Hi All,

We had our interaction today in Somerville school and here are some details -

1. Try to reach closer to your allocated time to avoid waiting.
2. Form has to be registered with accounts and we had to pay Rs 500 registration fees.
3. After some waiting we were called into Principal's office.
4. She had a general conversation of where we both studied and where we are working.
5. Queries on who takes care of the kid in the day and who will help in the homework
6. Child was talking to another teacher who asked colours, rhymes etc.
7. At least some of the parents invited today were sibling cases, not sure if that was a trend.

Overall a very pleasant experience and now waiting for results which will probably come sometime next week.
