Pls tell me about loreto convent delhi cant and mount carmel anand niketan. I have girl child and I want to apply for kg admission. though my priority is co-ed school but I have heared that loreto is a very good school for girls in academics as well as sports. I can see that my daughter has got great motor skills. I'm looking for a school where girls are equally encouraged in sports.

both are Good as limited quota for Gen in Loreto try in Both.

Now Mount Carmel /MSM are more sought after.

MSM is Mount St. Mary's if I'm not wrong. Isn't it all boys school or it is co-ed? I'm confused.

I went through msm website, it is co-ed school but on their home page what I see that this school has got 1st position in delhi region for Boys Day School and got 6th position in all india ranking. what does it mean I'm not getting it. If it is co-ed than how come they are awarded for boys day school.

When will the admission process for KG will start in Schools of Faridabad.Also Please rank these schools...MRIS Charmswood Village ,MRIS Sector 21,MVN Aravali hills and Eicher  .

Last year LG came with the formula where same point system was applicable from Nur-1 1st grade but some schools did not follow and condusted interview and even had different point system.

Many convent list given below start from Kg as entry level and start with nursery.

Very few school having nursery as entry level open for Kg admissions along with nursery.

Most of the schools depending on vacancy open admissions for KG Jan - May.

So we need to wait n watch what guidelines come after HC verdict today but i will recommend all of you to give appplication in every desired school by end of dec as  many schools just consider last one month applications( due to volume of applications)

Pls go back to jan 2014 onwards till may these comments pages in this group and see which school came on which date and what criteria.

Convents have 50% seats reserved for catholics

We need to see what guidelines minority schools make this year as they were given autonomy in 2014 only by HC

St Xavier, Rohini and CRPF, Rohini entry level is KG, But they follow their own rules and its difficult to get in through transparent process.

Last year, except DPS Rohini (Came out on 7 march) and Mont Fort (End of March), no school came up with Kg vacancies.

My suggestion would be give an application in each of your preferred schools in the month of (15 -30) March. Might get lucky. I have seen that happening.

As suggested by Sakshi. Give one application in Dec. and again one in March.

My experience has been the school does not accept application in Dec or even in Jan. Last year when I tried to give application in Jan, I was told by Receptionist, to give in March. That was for Appejay, Pitampura.

DPS and Heritage accepted in Feb.

It ok. Try visiting school and talk at reception.

@Latha ji: Are you sure they don't demand discharge summary of the hospital. Only birth certificate and affidavit is enough to support first born child. Please reply.

@Rajan. Schools having entry level in KG starts with nursery otherwise with nursery or after that. You have to confirm the school in regards to this.
