We have just relocated from Australia and renting out in Hari Nagar New Delhi.My Son is 4 years 6 months and has good speaking skills but not able to write.

Please guide on few queries in regards to Nursery Admissions in Delhi

1)What is the difference in Prep and KG. Which class my son will be eligible for admission. Since he is not good in writing should we admit him in Nursery class.

2) Is the admission procedure different for Prep and Nursery Class.

@Meenakshi Sharma. St. Greogorious Dwarka told that in 2nd week of feb. they will start the admission in 1st class. Will let you know about st. francis de sale shortly.

@Meenakshi Sharma. I dont think they will give the transfer certificate before exam but you can still ask them for the same & also co-ordinate with school and tell them the situation may be they will consider.

@Rupali Thakur. Schools like VIS Sec-10, Suchdeva Global, Mount Carmel, Maxfort, Paramount, RD Rajpal, Indraprastha,  MDH International, Delhi International, St Thomas, Basava starts with nursery admission & many after that. Whats you budget it also depends on that.

@Rupali Thakur. For nursery age should be 3 years on 31st march 2015 & for KG it should be 4 years. According to the date provided your daughter is eligible for KG (Pre-Primary).

@Latha Ji, @Sakshi Ji. I am little bit confused could you please tell if i get through JM internationl beacuse it have few seats in 1st then should i wait for other schools or should i block the seat over there. If i withdraw the nwill they return the amount & how much.

@Lathaa Ji. Thanks. I asked carmel but they told i have to give application in feb for that if they have seat. I asked rest schools but they told that in jan or feb & some told in march mid you have to clarify from school if they have seats.

@Meenakshi Sharma. You can submit the doc. with the registration form you can also submit the report card of the child.& tell school to submit the report card after her exams.

@Meenakshi Sharma. Mt. Carmel will not give form for 1st they are asking for application in jan. you can coordinate from school the exact date.

Thanks a lot Sandeep.......So can I attach my daughter's ID Card and November (Mid Year 2014) exams sheet with Application forms right and will mention that will soon submit TC once she will complete her session.

Also Sandeep just would like to know that St. Marks Janakpuri.....admission forms for class 1st is over or it still to come out because I am trying to talk to the admins staff in the school but nobody is picking up the phone.

@Lathaa JI. There is an amendment at basava International they are providing the forms for Nursery-IX but accepting forms for nursery by 5th not other than that rest after 5th Jan. 

Hi Sandeep, I called up in Mt. Carmel yesterday and they were saying no admission for class first as we have no vacancy.....What to do shall I submit the application....Kindly suggest. Also let me know when St. Marks Janak puri will give 1st Class admission forms. Please help me.

@Meenakshi Sharma. I have talked at st. marks they told in 1st week of Jan they will be giving forms. No need ID card as it has no value. you can ask tell school that you will submit the report card after session completed res doc you can submit. When i asked carmel they told that you can enquiry in jan if they have vacancy in 1st.

it is upto 5th but the schools is commiting that its students after 5th go to dav vasant vihar or dav vasant kunj

should we try for this school?
