This year the trend has been totally against  spirit of  nursery admissions policy followed by most of the  school in delhi /ncr

Dps core schools

All  Dps core schools gives heavy weightage to sibling criteria (example..Dps rohini  having 70 general seats have reserved 35 seats  for sibling only)

I am  equally disappointed  seeing so many  sibling cases ...not being selected

Dps Rkpuram/Vasantkunj  are very transparent for declared seats but 20% management quota   is for school  management to decide ...same way  Dps Noida  has very good reputation but must be having management quota

So please first see  how many seats are left after deducting Management quota !!

Dear Parents, we stay in indirapuram. So is there any distance criteria for the shortlist in DPS noida?? From the earlier post, I found few parents residing in indirapuram area got selected in DPS, Noida. Can anyone kindly confirm if we are eligible or not ??

I think this is incorrect. Probably they consider only Noida kids. Somewhere in this forum only I read this and also some time they need two different documents as proof of residence.

I know of someone from Patparganj who was not given DPS NOIDA forms for nursery because of location criterion..

though the bus is available on this route, probably only the old students are travelling..someone will have to confirm if DPS Noida will give shortlist nursery forms from outside of noida

my child is 2 years 8 months now and on 31st March 2013 she would be 3 years 3 months. Is she eligible for DPS Noida this time for nursery admission?? Please tell.. 

No  sapna she has to be min 3yrs 6 months  for DPS noida on 31 mar 2013

@Sakshi...So if i try for my child's admission in class I in DPS Noida in the year 2014 september for the academic year 2015-2016, will she be eligible in DPS Noida for that?

@ Shradha Ji a friend of mine went to dps noida to get her son admitted in class 5 and she was telling me that in the entrance so much abusive words were written that she turned back and did not apply for admission. I wonder how the principal or teachers havent noticed it?

hi i am staying in Noida sector 82.. what are the chances of getting admission in DPS noida on the basis of location.. will a far distance from DPS noida gonna make any hindrance in admissions?

I was looking at last year form & for address proof DPS only accepts

1. Electricity Bill

2. Phone bill (I am not sure if they take only MTNL/BSNL bill or are open for Mobile phone bill

3. Ration Card

and even Passport is not valid address proof. I only have passport or some credit card/bank account statement on current address. Is anybody aware what all will be accepted by them. Should I go for a new BSNL connection but I doubt that I will get a bill so early.

@Abha - Adding to what you said...there were not just 50 students who appeared for the test, but multiple lots of 50. They just called 50 at a time.
