I attended the Sree Ram World School draw today and was satisfied as everything was open and nothing states to be under the table....though i was not lucky to get the name in listed for my son in first list and even in waiting list; but the approach from school is good unlike Indraprastha and all....those who called me for blocking the seat are getting into the last category of my selection and already showed there emphasis that they need money to initiate the process of admission further..I am done with Indraprastha,Maxfort,JM International, OPG, Sam, Presidium....I would rather be interested to let my child be in play school for 2 more years (In case not lucky this year) and getting him enrolled for KV...i heard a lot of positive things about the school and at least not commercial in terms of milking money....

Yes, please share draw reviews. How long the whole process took? My husband is planning to go tomorrow so wanted to know about tentative time taken. Were there people whose names were there but parents not present there? Did they share something about the list wil be shared with the parents who couldn't attend? plz share your inputs.

It seemed to be a fair and transparent process :)

It took around 1 hr to complete the process starting from picking up the names of the candidates till displaying the final list.They took out the draw for "confirmed list" and a "waiting list" as well.

srws.in # but no list will be displayed on the website....i confirmed the same in person with them.....though the scenario turned out to be a impatient crowd towards the waiting list board....i left anyways without checking the waiting list but yes i appreciate there initiative for bringing this crystal clear....

At the same time I feel they have act smartly by preponing their draws. Parents would be more pressurized to decide which otherwise would have been easier if it would have been on 12th with many other schools of dwarka.

To everyone who was in draw today at SRWS - what is the timeline they are giving to parents whose names appear in the first list to deposit fee, etc.

Going to OPG & JM International tomorrow for a one 2 one dealing....anyone could help about the fee structure for both the schools....i will visit just to acknowledge there call.....as not inclining religiously to the schools who pretend themselves to be good but choosing the hide the real face that per seat is a package for them....need to have strong approach to get the name listed or be ready with 1-2 lakhs....

Tution fee will amount to 1.1 lakhs, in addition there would be admission fee, building fee etc

its quite high for school with second batch of nursery students

@ ranjan- you are right, NBS 1.6 lakhs is excluding transport.

                       OPG was RS 32000

both excluding transport. 

this is for first quarter, to be paid at the time of admission.

 Shrruty Varma @ Yes i am not buying anything be the demand is not equilibrium....I believe that everyone should say no when each school start the conversation by saying to block the seat by cash without receipt....i did the same with Indraprastha....I sad no face to face and asked the in charge in face that "Would you still be considering the application for Lottery or not?"....though she sad yes...but i am sure they wont....i wont go with any school who will ask for money to secure the seat as its anyways will make the thing more complicated for the kids and there parents next year and every year....we need to start saying no to this so that this people can come in a line and charge what they need to and do what they should for admission....this things make sure that there is nothing like...General Seat....EWS seat...SC ST or OBC seat...its all Money....its a noble profession and they need to understand....not a bidding forum....i am not standing in Pushkar Fare...where the higher bidder is the owner of the cattle....

Does anyone remember what was the admission criteria in Mt. Carmel and Basava? I am not able to find it on their website anymore.

we went to Basava, they just showed around the schools and talked about their society, school, teaching methodology etc.

@Priya, You are not going means not in your list for admission of your daughter. Which Sector do you stay? Me stay at Sec-22, and praying for Mount Carmel, For which Draw is tomorrow. 

Anupam, I stay in Janak Puri. Its only because I am looking for some better one's and NKBS, BGS are on top in my list.

@Ranjan, Thanks for views. No I am not permanent Resident of Delhi. Dont know even will continue to be in Delhi for next 2 or 3 years. Lets wait till all other schools are open their cards.

@Priya, you stay in Janakpuri, then doesn't make any sense to look in schools in sec19-22 at Dwarka. All the best for BGS and NKBS. By the way when the Draw will happen for both these schools.
