All the parents of DWARKA who are interested in getting their ward admitted in DWARKA Schools can join this group and interact among each other and can also interact with previous year parents who admitted their wards in Dwarka Schools.
@ Sandeep Thanks , but I want review from everone in group, my wife is not getting convinced. Pls guide which is the better school in st Cecilia, St gregirios, bal bharti, itl,St francis,
Deepak, St. Cecilia and St. Gregorious are good school coz they majorly focus on Academics, St. Francis, Excellent whereas BBPS and ITL are very good school coz they focus on overall development.
St. Francis is best indeed but results are too late so u must block somewhere by that time.
Both Basava and SVIS change 60K and 85K for their trust/society. this money is non refundable. they call it infrastructure fee, but it is just another name for donation.
@Shivshankari Sethu. SVIS is a good option but much expensive than basava. Extracurricular activities are much expensive other than the monthly fees as i got this from one of my friends whose children study in that school.
sandeep is true Shivsahnkari. My friends kids study there so I know.... all of them have Audi, Merc.... kids may not be down to earth too. You must explore these aspects too.
I was myself a PGT (Eco) teacher at Pragati Public 10 yrs back and left teaching only for this reason coz these schools are all business minded. Never knew I will struggle one day for the same :(
Had predicted this, after filling out forms in 25 schools, my sons name didn't come in any of the schools, so got him admitted in BGS on Monday under MQ.

@ Deepak Jain -
I dont know much about St cecilla and St francis, But Bal bharti and ITL are excellent schools. Much better than St gregirios.
Bal bharti is very good in over development and has a long standing reputation of being one of the top 3 schools in dwarka.
ITL is also excellent for academics and overall development, this year it has one of the best 12th std results
i would go with BBPS or ITL both are Very good.

@Deepak Jain: In my view, ITL,BBPS>St. Francis>St. Gregorios>St. Cecelia
ITL and BBPS for overall development, St.Francis n St. Gregorios more focus on academics.

Shivshankari Sethu
Hey guys
I just got a call from SVIS, saying my daughter's name is in the second list.
What do you guys this is svis SIGNIFICANTLY better than Basava, and worth loosing 60K?
Need your opinions.

@Shivshankari
Why lose 60k? No rule allows more than one month tuition fee deduction... Complain at DoE against this malpractice...

Thanks Latha ji, i just posted query in another forum to you.. thisnks for replying here itself.
I will think over it and consult my husband and parents... it is a tough decision.

@ Shivshankari
Happy to hear that. Though tough choice to make as Basava is also very good. Moreover, it is loosing 60K in Basava and spending 85K extra in SVIS.
Lathaa Maam will help taking decision.

@ Shiv
I do understand. Take your time to decide.
Also, to update you all, 85K taken by SVIS is refundable within month. Even after a month, they will only deduct 10K and refund 75K.

Shivsahankari, SVIS is good indeed but better to meet parents of the kids of both school and then decide.
