According to the link JMIS has 41 seats left vacant, i dont understand why would they deny admission?

@shivshankari- if we talk abt link it's same with many schools.

and if u see there in they link approx only 510 have filled the info and 1197 hav not filled the detail. and approx every school is saying same that there are no seats and unfilled seats are for those who hav been provided time to deposit fee whose name came up in the list

@Sushma, NKB is saying different things to all....you can try this by calling them, and then your husband can call after 30 min.

@All, I called St Francis.......they are saying Father is no more giving appointments.....does that mean seats are filled ?

1 thing I like to share.......everybody was laughing when they saw the draw result from St Francis......as most of them were having 5 points only....which they were not aware while filling the form..............Sabko pata tha ki ab Father apni game chalu karegey, taking big donations for filling out seats.......they are making full use of school reputation.

can please share some views regarding Shree venkenteshware school dwarka, and any feedback about this school.

You shouldn't have a second thought.

Pooja, SVIS is a good school but yes equally costly and with very less space to have a playground.

Kodru, you are absolutely right.

I stay in 1 km of SFS and I had a doubt from day 1 that I'll be able to get thru it.
Also, I think being a convent school it has a focus on Eng speaking and discipline but a lot of academics focused.

@ Pooja - SRI-VIS is rated highly, It makes to most of top 10  lists of west Delhi schools. Sri-vis has maximum extra curricular activities in dwarka region. Their sister school venketeshwar international has very good acedamix reputation. Sri-vis's first 12th batch will appear this year. 

But both VIS-10 and Sri-VIS 18 have money- minded managements. And staff exhibit somewhat rude behavior.

Gautam, any idea how to approach now coz I did submit application but no one called yet :(

i dont know whether they are accepting fresh appointments requests or not but we tried several phone calls and mails and finally met principal....dont know if my ward name would now come or not but atleast presented my case to him.....he is very nice and easy going(just that tough to get appointment)

Thanks for the update Gautam and I would say you are luckiest coz I did drop manual application 2-3 times along with emails and phone calls and didn't receive any phone call yet :(

book purchase dates must be for students already shortlisted as per the draw....

@ Lathaa Manavalan - any idea whether  N K Bagrodia is calling for MQ Seat?  They are not telling exactly as they are giving different answers everytime one calls to them.

I have called SFS 4-5 days ago, and they said Father is no more giving appointments, might be I was too late (and not shown that much eagerness). :(......there is no second chance now, we just missed that.

JM International Dwarka is still offering admission in nursery.. i have admitted my daughter there.

They are having seats any one interested can directly contact at reception..

They are asking questions have you applied before or have you submitted the form and why you have not turned up for admission..

give some good reasons they will consider you for admission

N K Bagrodia Orientation Day is 26th March & Adarsh World School Day Orientation is on 21st March

I went there but got the reply no. I gave ur reference they said u hav taken admission under EWS cat. There are no seats available in General, only EWS process is under finalization

Guys! thought to share what I got to know about SFS admissions today.
My friend has a strong link inside the school so they got the call for yesterday and there so many such people were present who came through approaches only.

The amount they asked is just 30K extra for these people. Yes, it was 30k only but not general person can apply. you have to have a strong link there to get someone admitted.

@ Sandeep Pal @ Latha - what is the refund policy if one withdraw  after one month of taking admission?

@Sushma. There is no refund policy if refund after 1 month. As there is limited time for refund & i think its over for many schools like DIS sec-23 gave 15th feb last date for refund now they will not refund any money if withdrawn. There is no such circular issued against refund policy from DOE.

Wondering if any one in the forum did get to meet the principal at St Francis last week? He had called a few parents and met each of them

@ Sandeep Pal - you can withdraw within one month from the date of admission, there is no such fix date, and as per DOE they have to refund as per terms and conditions.

@Susshma. But schools dont follow this rule as i personally experienced the DIS they told refund policy was till 15th feb not after that.

@ Sandeep Pal - but the DOE clarified it that schools have to refund if one withdraw within one month from the date of admission.  you show them the copy of circular of DOE.  they have to refund the amount or complain against them in DOE
